Everyone who registers for the YC Challenge will have a 20-minute rehearsal with an assigned mentor who will provide feedback. They are able to take that feedback, apply it, then come back to perform their pieces in front of a panel of judges. After all of the performances, the judges will pick the top choreographers from each age division to participate in the YC Showcase. At the end of the showcase, we will award our top winning prizes.

 

If you're chosen to be in the YC showcase, your dancers will be performing your pieces 3 times throughout the week. If you're not chosen to be in the YC showcase, your dancers will still be performing twice that week.
